PROBLEM
Patients and medical practitioners often struggle with inefficient appointment scheduling, lengthy waiting times, and poor access to health record.
Many patients lack an easy way to manage their medical history, such as vaccination records, prescriptions, and surgery details. Additionally, staying on top of fitness goals can be challenging without the right tools. This inspired me to ask: How can we create a solution that streamlines access to healthcare, improves record management, and promotes better fitness tracking?
SOLUTION
Medicube connects patients with doctors, streamlines medical records, and tracks fitness goals through intuitive healthcare technology.
Here are the key features Medicube offers to enhance the healthcare experience.
USER RESEARCH
Feedback from interviews indicates that users are twice as likely to engage with Medicube if it allows real-time access to medical records and features integrated fitness tracking.
I interviewed a couple of friends who often struggle with long wait times and managing health data. Through structured interviews and affinity mapping, I gathered valuable insights into their needs and challenges.
INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:
What medical apps or services are you currently using, and why did you choose them?
What challenges do you face with managing your medical appointments or records?
How do long wait times or delays in appointments affect your healthcare experience?
What features or services would you like in a medical app that you currently don't have access to?
How would you feel about having an integrated fitness tracker to help you monitor your health and reach your fitness goals?
